Privacy
what sicko fantasy stores about you, why, and how to see it go away. this is a small app and the whole policy fits on one page, so it does.
last updated august 2026.
What we store
- account. your name, your email address, and -- if you sign up with a password -- a one-way hash of it, never the password itself. if you sign in with apple instead, we store the link to your apple account rather than a password, and if apple relays a private email address instead of your real one, that relayed address is what we get.
- sessions. each signed-in browser or app carries the ip address and browser identifier that created it, so a stolen session can be told apart from you if it ever comes to that.
- subscriptions. sicko pro is sold through the ios app store, so we never see your card. apple hands us a transaction id, which product you bought, and when it expires -- that is the whole of what we store about a payment.
- your content. the scoring systems, leagues, rosters, lineups and trades you build, plus any public api key you create for yourself.
Why
- to run your account and remember that you are signed in
- to grant sicko pro once apple tells us you bought it, and to take it back once apple tells us it lapsed
- to show you your own leagues, systems and keys, and nobody else's
Where it lives
vercel hosts the app. neon runs the postgres database, in the united states. resend sends the one email this app ever sends on its own -- a password reset link. all three are processors acting on our instructions, not audiences for your data, and none of them is handed anything beyond what running the app requires.
Cookies
one cookie keeps you signed in. a second, which almost nobody sets, unlocks an admin override used to edit the systems and leagues the app ships with. both are functional and neither tracks you across sites; there is no third kind.
No ads, no tracking, no sale
no ads, no analytics, and no third-party tracking scripts of any kind run on this site. we do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone. if that ever changes, this page changes with it.
How long we keep it
your account and the content you made with it are kept until you delete your account. purchase records are kept after that: a paid transaction is a billing and anti-fraud record, and deleting your account does not erase what you already paid for.
Deleting your account
delete your account from your account page. that removes the account and the leagues and scoring systems it owns. purchase records stay, for the reason above, and deleting your account does not cancel an active app store subscription -- do that from your apple id's subscription settings, or it keeps renewing.
